Fortierra Holdings is a Fort Worth, Texas–based real estate investment platform founded in 2026 and focuses on acquiring multi-tenant retail and small-bay industrial assets. Our strategy targets core-plus and value-add opportunities that offer durable in-place cash flow with the potential for long-term improvement through disciplined execution.
We prioritize assets with diversified income streams, intentionally spreading risk across multiple tenants rather than relying on a single lease or operator. This approach supports greater income stability, downside protection, and long-term ownership through market cycles.
Fortierra partners with limited partners and co-GPs on a deal-by-deal basis and takes a transparent, relationship-driven approach to sponsorship. Investors are invited into ongoing pipeline and underwriting discussions, allowing them to understand how opportunities are evaluated, from real estate fundamentals through financial assumptions, and how discipline is applied in both action and inaction.

Kirk Searcy
Managing Partner
Kirk Searcy founded Fortierra Holdings after building his career across brokerage, capital markets, and retail development.
He began in multi-tenant retail investment sales and later worked within a national capital markets platform, advising institutional and private capital owners across multiple markets. Prior to launching Fortierra, he focused on retail development and tenant representation across the Southern United States and Rocky Mountain regions.
His experience evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate transactions informs Fortierra’s disciplined underwriting approach and long-term ownership mindset.

Accreditation status will be verified upon commitment to an offering. An accredited investor is a term used by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Rule 501 of Regulation D. To qualify as accredited, an investor must meet at least one of the following criteria:
